Dave Long, C.I.T., Project Manager, has 30 years experience in testing, inspecting, and quality control of all types of roofing, sheet metal, and waterproofing related projects. Mr. Long provides design of roofing and waterproofing projects from schematic design through construction documentation. Mr. Long is a Certified Infrared Thermographer, Level I, with the Infraspection Institute. He has experience providing infrared thermography, moisture content, impedance, built-up roof analysis, and gradation of gravel testing. He is responsible for managing the testing of all roofing projects. He directs and oversees the testing and laboratory services for investigation, design, and construction administration.
