Richard Kleintop, Sr. Construction Consultant, offers extensive technical skills and expertise in the analysis and evaluation of commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing. Mr. Kleintop provides investigation and assessment of roofs, roofing components, and the entire building envelope including hail, wind, and fire damage. He worked over 18 years for Southwestern Petroleum Corporation, Fort Worth, Texas in the Building Products Division and International Manufacturer of Roofing Materials including built-up roofing and single-ply roofing systems, as well as a line of roof maintenance systems. Mr. Kleintop managed the design and engineering of specialty products for waterproofing and preventive maintenance, as well as marketing and selling products/systems to industry leaders in manufacturing, travel, automotive, food, and other industries. He provided project management of multiple projects to ensure completed projects met engineering specifications in a timely and cost-effective manner, and investigated and resolved contingencies to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction. Mr. Kleintop also designed and conducted comprehensive technical training programs to support sales personnel and trained sales personnel in product knowledge, site investigation and analysis. His education experience includes a B.S. degree in Building Construction Technology from Pennsylvania State University, State College, Pennsylvania, 1978.
