L. A. (Chuck) Watkins, III, Sr. Construction Consultant, has over 35 years of construction experience. Mr. Watkins performs investigation for storm and construction related issues and has extensive experience providing infrared thermography services. He was Sr. Project Manager for American Airlines in the Corporate Real Estate Department for 16 years. He performed construction management/contract administration for an architectural firm on commercial and public projects for nine years and provided Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Project Management in heavy civil construction projects (fossil and nuclear power plants, electrical transmission systems) for over seven years.
