Rondi Perry, R.R.C. is a Registered Roof Consultant, and has been in the roofing industry over 40 years as a successful and well-respected commercial roofing contractor and subsequently a roofing consultant.


Mr. Perry has extensive background and experience in all aspects of commercial and industrial roofing. He has managed numerous complex and high profile projects over the years such as the Amon Carter Museum of Fort Worth, Lincoln Centre of Dallas, Christ Chapel Bible Church of Fort Worth, Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, and the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History. A number of Mr. Perry’s projects have been regional and national award recipients. He has been a member of and active in various industry organizations including the National Roofing Contractors Association, North Texas Roofing Contractors Association, Roofing Consultants Institute, Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, and Green Roofs for Healthy Cities.


Mr. Perry is experienced in all types of roof evaluations including roof failure analysis and is available for litigation support and expert testimony. He is also experienced in storm damage evaluation and subsequent cost estimates as a service to the insurance industry or building owner. He is experienced and knowledgeable about the construction industry and the roles that various entities play in the construction process.


Mr. Perry previously served on the Board of Directors of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA). He has served on a number of NRCA committees including the NRCA Manual Update Committee. That committee has overall responsibility for writing, review and modifications of all NRCA technical manuals, the most widely used and referenced technical manuals about roofing in the industry. Mr. Perry has recently earned his accreditation as a Green Roof Professional from Green Roofs for Healthy Cities, an organization that promotes the use of vegetative roof systems.
